The staffs are friendly and responsive, they processing the checked-in fastly. Toiletries are provided. The room is comfy and clean enough. The breakfast have many option. We love the condiments for nasi uduk and dory mayonnaise. The location is near the center of the city, there are many option of food stall around the hotel and convenient store.
